Symbolic Ceremony
Ceremonies performed by a celebrant/officiant in France are symbolic in nature and are not legally binding. Should the Clients wish to formalize their marriage, they agree to do so in accordance with the applicable laws of their country or state of residence.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the Clients, for any reason whatsoever, the down payment is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that the Celebrant is unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (including, but not limited to, illness, hospitalization, accident, or transportation failure), all fees paid for the services will be refunded in full.

Conditions générales

Cérémonie symbolique
Les cérémonies célébrées par un·e officiant·e en France sont des cérémonies symboliques et n’ont aucune valeur légale. Si les Clients souhaitent rendre leur mariage juridiquement valide, ils s’engagent à effectuer les démarches nécessaires conformément à la législation en vigueur dans leur pays ou État de résidence.

Conditions d’annulation
En cas d’annulation de la part des Clients, quelle qu’en soit la raison, l’acompte versé ne pourra faire l’objet d’aucun remboursement.

Dans le cas exceptionnel où l’Officiant·e serait dans l’impossibilité d’assurer la cérémonie en raison de circonstances imprévisibles et indépendantes de sa volonté (telles que maladie, hospitalisation, accident ou problème majeur de transport), l’intégralité des sommes versées pour la prestation sera remboursée.
