about being a bilingual Paris celebrant:

“As French-American I have lived in the USA & France and always loved to work in a multi-cultural atmosphere. So when I settled down in Paris, France, I started as destination wedding planner helping couples from abroad getting married in France.”

However I felt more and more pulled towards one specific part of the wedding day: THE CEREMONY. Every time the couple exchanged their vows I had goose bumps. So I stepped into my new calling as bilingual wedding celebrant in Paris and left wedding planning behind me.

As bilingual Paris celebrant I now write personal and heartfelt wedding ceremonies for every couple. I enjoy creating these moments when the bride and groom can laugh together, cry together – and remember that special day in France for the rest of their lives. And I love welcoming my foreign couples in Paris and making them feel “at home” here.”

Paris elopement ceremony with baby at Eiffel Tower and marriage officiant

Kelly & Jon

“Caroline was fantastic. She tailored our ceremony to us perfectly and included or son in it as well. She made our Paris elopement truly special. She was able to coordinate with our photographer as well in case we needed a back up day due to weather. Highly recommend Caroline and the Paris Celebrants.”

Vanessa & James

“We are so great full to have found The Paris Celebrants – it was very much last minute (3 weeks before the wedding) Our bilingual wedding celebrant Caroline was simply amazing. We are from Australia and flew into Paris for our wedding. We wanted someone who was bilingual and spoke French and English as half of our guests are Australians, the other half French.
Caroline was very easy to talk to, professional and always a smile on her face. We had no idea on how we wanted our ceremony to be but she guided us step by step and on the wedding day in Paris it was just perfect. We would highly recommend Caroline to anyone and not only for overseas brides and grooms.”

“The Paris Celebrants, this company is great! Caroline, our officiant was awesome! She will reply to your message as soon as possible, whatever you wanna ask, whenever it is.
From the moment we met her, she was very kind and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed – you know how weddings work. There wasn’t any awkward moments among us, instead we were laughing and having fun from the beginning to the end. The whole experience was uplifted even more by her presence and planning skills also!

Thank you Caroline, you went above and beyond, and The Paris Celebrants for such a memorable experience. We will always cherish this for the rest of our lives.”

“I want to to thank Caroline, from the bottom of my heart, for making my elopement in Paris beyond anything I could have ever dreamed. The process using The Paris Celebrants, from beginning to end, was unbelievably smooth, simple, and truly a pleasure.
Caroline had a meticulous process of learning about my husband and me; she wrote the most beautiful ceremony that was tailored to our relationship and our experiences.
My wedding happened on November 2nd, which coincidentally had some of the strongest winds in Paris history… And of course the ceremony was planned for outside! We planned to be married at Tuileries, which closed to the public that morning due to the wind storm. Luckily, Caroline is familiar with the area and together we found a spot that was even more perfect than what was planned.
Thank you to the whole team for making this the best day of our lives! If you are considering elopement in Paris, The Paris Celebrants is a no brainer!!!”

Paola & Michael

“Caroline was an amazing officiant for our Paris elopement and we are so glad we chose her for our ceremony. She was professional and very responsive. She made the effort to get to know us better using a questionnaire and included details of our lives in the ceremony, which made it special and unique to us! Since we traveled from the US, she also kept us informed on the best ceremony locations in Paris prior to us arriving, since there was some construction happening in certain areas. We are very grateful for her attention to detail!”

Aamal & Charlie

“We both would like to thank you for an amazing ceremony, we truly LOVE it. The way it flows, the way you presented our story, it is like you knew us for a long time, and it was my wish that we could have someone we know do the ceremony, but no one can fly with us to Paris, so, thank you so much.”

Bilingual Paris celebrant vow renewal

Benedith & Tony

“Thank you Caroline for making our last minute double vow renewal ceremony so special and memorable.I reached out to The Paris Celebrants with just a week and a half before the day that we wanted to have a double vow renewal and officiant Caroline came through for us.
So very lucky to be in Paris while my husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and my sister-in-law and brother-in-law was celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary. We could not pass up the opportunity to celebrate and renew our vows while being in the city of Love.
Caroline was able to accommodate and work with us, even in the short span of time we had. She assisted us in selecting a place, in making the ceremony personal, and referring possible photographers. She was very pleasant and very professional throughout.”

“Huge thanks for helping us create a lovely bilingual ceremony – our friends and family have said that the ceremony was super emotional and intimate and we saw loads of this in the pictures we received – many (happy) tears! And our French family was impressed with “the bilingual celebrant that could speak perfect French and English,” lol. Wishing you the very best and thank you again for your help and the lovely gift.”

Nomita & Hemanshu

“It was such a pleasure to have Caroline be our English speaking celebrant in Paris for wedding vows ceremony. Working with her made it so much fun and celebratory. She was always available at any time of the day to answer any questions, give suggestions, pick the most ideal spot. Caroline went out of the way to make sure the surprise element was maintained, offering to go to the hotel where we were staying to pick up the Champagne and the cake. She had the setup all ready when we arrived.
Her administering the ceremony was so calming and soothing, it brought out all our emotions. She was encouraging and gentle giving us the space to express ourselves. The ceremony started all on time and was very well organized. She also provided a transcript of the ceremony. Her english was impeccable, so nothing lost in translation. She is THE BEST. We would recommend her to anyone coming to Paris for their wedding vows, renewal of vows etc.
